Completed jobs not being added on game

I have been on the same number of completed jobs for the past month or so. When I start any job it will state 500/650 to give an example. This is more than likely a glitch but is getting annoying. Can this be remedied asap please? Also when I complete photo shoot jobs, I am unable to add another character

Are you talking about the number in the bottom corner before you start a job? Because that's not number of completed jobs, that's how close you are to getting the extra star bonus. If you buy anything with a star on it in the wardrobe, that number will go up, and once you get enough the first star will already be filled in during jobs. It's the same with hearts for dates

Hi Danni, thank you for your reply. I did not realise it was for purchasing star items. I have purchased numerous star items but the numbers do not seem to increase. I'll keep persisting. Thanks again :-)
