Speak Up event help

I already met the guy that was helped me make the speech and he told me to go deliver the speech and do better than Willow, yet it doesn't tell me where the event is... Can somebody tell me?

I think you have to go back to Simon or Maria and they give you the assignment of where it is. But it's at Mirimount.

Right after you have spoke to the guy who help you deliver the speech, the Speak Up gala event will start in 24 hours... Another mission you have to complete at the same time is to beat Willow by getting a 5 star rating on the speak up event... You will have 1 day 8 hours to complete this mission
So I guess the speak up gala event is an 8 hours event...
Get your timing right to start this mission cause right after the speak up gala is available after 24 hours you will have 8 hours left to beat willow...
