Help- "getting to know you" goal?

I cannot complete this goal. There are three tasks in it, one says "pleasant chat" which is checked off, the second says "talk business", also checked off, and a third that says "enjoy the meal". This is one not checked and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to conplete it. I'm an a-lister and its been on since I started playing months ago.
