Limbo at level 20

I reached level 20, completed all of the (Red) Events but now I am stuck in limbo. Simon is only calling me for photoshoots and appearances, but not for goals or anything like that. I got the Christmas update but I'm worried that my game is broken. Is anyone else having this problem and can anyone help me?

    I think you're okay, you just need to reach level 21 to unlock new quests. :)
