Is anyone else having trouble with there game loading on there PC?

    This started when they did the Christmas update, any suggestions?

    I had! Then it opened the game but like a new game, I had to create a new boy/girl, so I closed the game. I only play in my iPhone.

    My game restarted on me about two months ago. Now it wont load.
