Losing event items?

I always complete all the events with plenty of time left. I also get all the items when you can get them in the event gift boxes or I end up buying them. I'm only playing on my iPhone 5s and I update the app every time there's a new update. The app crashes every now and then. It gets frustrating because sometimes the items just disappear like I never got them and the event tab that shows the items and time left disappears when the event should still be going on. The last two things I got were the two dresses from the Christmas and New Years event. The got the New Years dress a few hours ago and I put it on. The app crashed and it disappeared. ???

Try fully closing down the game, or powering off your phone. If you still don't see the dress then you should submit a ticket.
