Did not recieve dress and K stars !

So I completed the Times Square gig , all three of Kim's projects but I never received the dress or the K stars. What's up with that ? Help, admin !!

    I never received my K stars as well.

    I never received the dress and K stars either, even though I completed it. I submitted a ticket too and haven't heard anything back yet. :-(

    Im having this issue too, on the Christmas Card Gig and New Years one.
    Im playing on mini iPad and my sister is playing on iPhone 4s (she has the New Years issue too)

    Same problem I submitted a ticket back in November an still haven't gotten anywhere they reply once an not again
