After MULTIPLE tickets sent in in regards to losing my ENTIRE game not ONCE but TWICE......I log on..... TO HAVE IT ALL ERASED A THIRD TIME!! who are you people ****ing round here anyway?! I've played this game since the beginning and if it's not one thing it's another!!! I QUIT this is ANNOYING and FRUSTRATING to no end specially to GET NO HELP or at least a WORTHY ANSWER as to WHY!?! I used google chrome on my computer to access my facebook account to play always have!? what's the friggin deal here?!!!!! :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

Unless I had experienced it myself, I wouldn't have known, I understand your frustration as it's happened to me now, but for the first time. I've sent them a ticket and hope for a reply from someone to get my game progress back, however I highly doubt that they'll be able to do that.
