Can't get into Metropolitan Magazine?

I'm supposed to do the Flash Fashion Shoot at Metropolitan Magazine but it's locked! I can't get inside at all. I've tried doing small gigs there to see if it will open up, but it's acting like the Flash shoot doesn't exist. I've checked other places for it also but there's nothing. It's a story gig too so I really would like to complete it. Any suggestions?
