It put me back at level 15

I was normally playing the game and then i went out of it then when i went back on the game i was at level 15 when i was originally at level 19 with 90 million fans can you please fix this

I feel your frustration...mine has however been set back to the very beginning where you have to create an avatar!
I was a level 20 with 5 homes, 2 pets and some KK starz that I had left over.

I worked my way up without cheats or hacks and it took long enough to get to level 20 to have me start all over again.
Disappointed and wont be playing if it somehow doesn't recover my progress.
