Hi Glu, i completed an offer two week ago (Apple user and with money) for some K-stars but i never received my items. Via mobile, and i have the email of confirmation?? Please help (You had never answered me)

Hi. Sorry this happened. On the offers page via the StarShop in your game, on the top right is a radial button, with a ? Click that and it lists the offers you've accessed. Find this offer. to the right it says "Report" click that and fill out the form. Personally, I'd screenshot the offer, whether it says Completed or Verifying. You'll get an email from them asking for verification, this is where you'll send your email confirmation. They will probably award your stars. If they want more, come back here, fill out a trouble ticket, and take it from there. They are very nice, they like us.
