had no issue whatsoever in accessing the game on my phone,but for past 2 days haven't been able to on facebook. now at last the page loaded and there is no Napa Valley to be found anywhere boooo won't get the prize in time

Don't worry. I guess it will open in a few minutes or so. Have you tried refreshing, or keeping the game closed for a couple of minutes?
