This may be a crazy question. can you gift someone clothes on a level you have not reached??? I'm asking because I have a new GC friend that just sent me clothes for level 32 and I'm still on 30.

If your friend send you level 32 clothes, that means he has to be level 32. You can't gift clothes higher than your level. Your questions seems to be asking a question that is different from what happened to you. If you're on level 16, you can only gift items level 16 and below. However, if you're 16 playing with a level 32, the level 32 can gift you clothes level 32 and below. Hope this explains it.

Thanks, I was thinking the same thing on that. When I try to gift them they were on the same level I was on. Crazy things was they was sending gifts of things they have and using stars to send them. Now I don't even see them on my friends list for the game anymore.
