There's only 2 things for cash. And many things for k-stars inside and outside a jet.

Edit: I just checked it again and there's 3 cash things inside a jet and 1 thing outside.

I got one from the glam achievement and a party just randomly gave me a star and I was like OMG I can finally buy the jet !! haha
