Notifications from game??

Hello everyone, I have a quick question... I've noticed a couple of times my app will have a number next to it... Kinda like unread messages. So when I open it, there's nothing. Has this ever happened to anyone? I get excited thinking it's an update or I have a gift, but no it's nothing 😪

Thanks for the response KoKo... It's actually outside of the game. Next to the app. On the top right hand corner of the game app, I guess I should take a pic next time.

hmmmm, looking at my phone screen, if I get messages, a number pops up outside the icon of the messenger. Is that like it, with a number outside the corner of the KKH Game icon?

YES ������ exactly! It's happened maybe 2-3x. And then I open and nada ����

Ok, no idea about this, unless, do you have notifications enabled in your game (phone or tablet) and maybe if you've missed 2 announcements like "Your energy if full........" or "Your covert shoot earned you 24,199 fans" (forgot the exact notifications) and then when you open the game the notifications go away. That's all I can think of, and I assure you I'm just thinking out loud here.
If you keep an eye out for this, we can try and trouble shoot it from a screenshot or two.

Thank you so much! Normally the notifications are with numbers like a 10 or 20... So it's why I assume it could be a gift... Or 20 new wardrobe items now available both it's always nothing once I open.
