Not receiving any gifts...

I have asked many people to send me gifts and it says they will be sent to me in a few hours but yet I have been waiting a full week and haven't received anything. I can send people gifts but I don't get why I never get my gifts... Can you guys add me on Game Center and see if it works? I have sent a customer support but still haven't gotten an answer
