Wardrobe missing

My friend send me some clothing items but when I check my wardrobe I did not receive it.

Hi jel, sometimes gifts can take a while to come through, but some of us do have issues with not receiving gifts at all, so I'm sorry if this applies to you. There is no known fix at this time. Also, you may be able to receive gifts from others as sometimes the issue is just between certain people. Sorry that this doesn't help you much - do you know how long ago your friend sent the gifts?

Also, just an idea, I know it's awkward to ask, "what did you send me" but previously GluAdmin said on a thread, you could contact customer care about it. Hmmmm, let me see what I can find. A short while after I had that issue, a different friend gave me the same things, and that time I got them. Let me see what I can find.

The gifts were sent this morning and i received some of the gifts but some are not in my wardrobe. Thank you for answering my question its really bothering me all day.
