GC Friends Glitch?

Hi, I'm having a glitch with two of my game center friends. Let's say they are friend A and friend B. At first, friend A and friend B were both on my in game friends list. However, now, the game keeps switching between friend A and friend B, showing only one of them at a time, but friend B appears to look exactly the same as friend A but with another username (which is probably a glitch, they aren't actually dressed the same). By the way, I did check my GC friends list and both of them are still on that list. Sorry if this sounds confusing, but please help. Thank you and have a good day.

It may be connectivity issues, or, one or both of them may be playing hacked games. I've seen this happen with a few people, and it is usually one of the two. Unfortunately, I know of no way to fix this. When you look at them in your tabs, only one name shows up at a time, but they both have the same number of points with you right?
