Some of the random people I see out and about in my game have white hair (lighter than the light blond) -- how is this possible?

They might be NPCs -- non playable characters generated by the game-- who often get style options that we players don't have access to yet...

they're probably just NPC's but that is a good sign that new hair colors should be added soon :eek:
