How we change the genre of the baby?

I have a baby boy, and I see people saying that you can change the gender and have both clothes on closet, for baby boys and baby girls. I'm trying to change the name, but nothing happens.

    You can't change the gender. I have a girl but I don't know why I have both closets and hairstyles.

    You can choose b or g if you adopt

    I haven't even got the update yet as a Facebook user it seems to take a week longer, is there any events you can take the bain to like Kim n kanye do wi north?
