Issue with actions when throwing parties.

The small talk action is not coming back after an hour like it used to. I've also noticed that 3 hour parties are taking much more energy. Is anyone else having this issue?

    Yes, it was a deliberate change. I've heard that Small Talk takes about 2 hrs to refresh now, and you need maybe a third again more energy to finish the whole party. People don't love it.

    The small talk recharges with the amount of people you can invite to your party. Eg if you can invite 4 people= small talk recharges after 2 hours. 7 people = recharges after 4 1/2 hours. 2 people = 1 hr
