... I have brought k stars and I haven haven't received them. This is twice now!! Both costing £7.99 each... How do I get them, or get my money back???

I'm very sorry this happened. Please contact a Customer Care ticket and they'll be able to help you. You can reach them by going to Options on your game, (upper left hand side of the game screen) tap contact and you can submit your ticket directly from your game. This is the best way to resolve issues. If you can't submit a ticket from the game, then please go here, and in this post you'll find a link. Follow that and fill out your Customer Care ticket. You're not going to lose anything. They'll take care of it for you.
