Why don't I have the Paris background?

I bought the house, all the furniture, dog, ect., and still no background. Is there anything else that I'm missing here. Do I need to submit a ticket?

my bad, I guess what I had really meant to say is that I don't have the Paris photo booth background. I didn't buy the clock thingy because I'm way low on kstars as it is.

Your level probably unlocked the location but you may not have reached that part of the story line
