If I have to start over I'm not going it took along time to get to the Tokyo event and the game crashed and is forcing me to start over.

I havent been able to play since around the 26/04/15
I have the iphone 5s ive tried all the tips i get the load screen then goes straight back to my home screen.
Ive tried taking it off & putting back on but the thought of starting again kills me 😔😔
Im on level 28

It didn't happen anything to me!.. until now.. My game crashes every 2 min and I just can't play ..
Any idea if this will be fixed soon? I don't want to lose these k-stars this weekend ;___;

I'm playing on an Iphone 5s, when I try to open the game, seems okay and is loading, but the screen turns black, there's a message ''Please Wait ...'' and then the game closes.

I have been unable to open the app since 4/30.

I try to open the app and it starts loading and after a few minutes crashes.

Thanks Koko, as you know it's been two weeks for me now, but I'm sincerely hoping that when they fix it I will be back where I left off... fingers crossed! haha!

I have been playing this game for about three weeks. Spent money on it and now I cannot even open it. It automatically crashes every time. I have not been able to play in a week. It's making me mad! I tried to download it on my iPad but it wants me to start over. I am on level 15! This is so dumb. Help!

This is a glitch, and it is top priority for the Development Team. I'm moving your post to the Glitch thread, I'm sorry this is happening. You can contact Glu about the money spent on the game, you may be able to have it restored. But know they're working on it.

Yes of course take the download. The download is what's letting people play again. Always take the update.

I have had issues with crashing before. Several times. On the last update in fact. I put my phone on airplane mode, waited for the connection error, turned it off and selected okay, things worked. I did this every time I played. Now, on the latest update, I can not load the game at all. The glu logo doesn't even load. I open the app and it just crashes. Can someone help?

I just updated my games yesterday. And now my app with load, and will force close. I'm onthe Samsung GalkaGalaxy Tablet. I was on level 34 but im too scared to uninstall the app! This was with the new Casino, Perez Hilton update.

I know a lot of people have uninstalled and reinstalled, but I'm not going to suggest anything that seems dangerous to the game. I'm not tech-ie enough, and I'm a big fraidy kat. I was on a android tablet device. I was on leve 37-39. My app kept force closing, once i installed the new update featuring the new casinos etc,. I did clear out my cache, unfortunately that didnt work.

It's getting worse. I used to be able to get in after a few tries. I haven't been able to play all day today. I get a black screen after the loading page.

My game just keeps crashing every 10 seconds. No matter what the activity is...it closes several times a minuto. How am I supposed to move ahead or play when I have to restart every 30 seconds? I have plenty of storage 32G, cache is cleared, what gives tech support people?
