I spent $25 on the game and I am not willing to lose that. I opened a ticket and no one has emailed me at all for two days. I need to know how to transfer my game. Or get them to credit me the $25 to start a new game on my new phone.
Ok, your game can't be transferred, it's difficult from the same platform, but the game absolutely can't be transferred from one plotform to another. However, when did you contact customer care, and how did you do it? If you did it directly from your device you should here back as soon as possible. THey have a backlog, but are getting to tickets somewhat faster than a while ago. Customer Care are the people who can help you with this. We are primarily here for a sense of community, advice, suggestions and friendship.
