cannot purchase?

I recently purchased a Google play cars and redeemed it. I am able to but from the store and everything but when I got to purchase money on the Kim k game, it says error recieving info from server. I called Google and they tried troubleshooting and they said the problem was in the app itself and to try to contact glu. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks in advance!

So, you are trying to buy "money in the game" I've only purchased Stars. How is your connection? Are you correctly typing your password ? I ask because there are a few typos in your post. I've received that error message when purchasing stars, and it's usually been due to a typo. Sorry I can't help more. Can you explain the situation in more detail?

I am not prompted to enter my password. I have tried buying stars also and I get the same message. When I click on them it just gives me the error message.
