Receiving no gifts

My friend has the Kim K game, iphone 6 and the latest version of I.OS but for some reason she never gets the gifts people send her, I have tried sending her so many but for some reason she never gets any... She has been playing for 5 months now

If your friend isn't getting gifts you sent, have your friend contact customer care, Give them your name, a list of the many items you sent them, and then you, your friend and Glu can sort it all out. With both of you working together with Glu, I'm sure that will help.
