So frustrated and irritated after this update!.. PLEASE FIX!!

Okay I know this is my 2nd issue but I really need to know what's going on with these updates.. My issue now is after the update my tablet "Samsung Galaxy Tab4" is loading super slow now. Everytime I click to do something or open the app the loading screen is one minute and sometimes a few seconds more to load.. Everything else is find never had a glitch before other than I can't get proposal.. My wifi isn't the problem either, and this issue is driving me nuts, and I'm super irritated now. When will this be fix!!
