I don´t get quests

I am in the middle of weekend event and since this morning i don´t get quest, calls or anything. And yes, i did searched aaaalllll the places everywhere, i don´t have any gig waiting or something. I only have a quest waiting for that in 5h42min. But till then i should receive calls from Simon to do some gigs.
What is wrong?
I like the skirt so much but i don´t know if i will get it seeing that i can´t advance whitout gigs.:(

I can´t even throw parties or call VIP`s for hanging........... What the heck?!
I even deleted and reinstalled the game (i save in iCloud) and nothing!

EDIT...again...
