Game crashing

I've not been able log in all day I go on and 2 seconds it being own it closes itself.

I think it's probably effecting me too because your character was completely gone from my game when I restarted my iPad.

I'm sorry I'm not understanding where Game Center enters into it. can you tell us more about your games what was the last thing you did before it started crashing? Have you shut down your device and going back in?

So sorry this is happening let's see what we can do to fix it :-)

I understand that you did not chan your Game Center but I was just saying that your character was gone from my contacts, that's all. Or maybe your character was the one I'd commented on earlier... Most likely not.

I've restarted my game now

I woke up this morning to find out I had become number 1 a lister I clicked on collect stars and the game closed, I then logged out of everything and logged back in and opened kkh game and just kept closing itself.

I then backed up on iCloud deleted the game and reinstalled it but the glitch came with it again, so I restarted the whole game and since its worked fine,


I did however Google a little and found a lot of people had this problem when reaching A list too.

Oh yikes! I really hope your problem get's fixed.

Glad you worked it out Gemma Louise. But I feel I should warn you to be careful if you're installing and uninstalling the game. I seen posts where people have written that it's worked time and time and time again, and then suddenly, the game is lost. So be sure you've tried everything else before resorting to that.

But, Phew. Glad it worked out for yo.

oh no, I'm so sorry. If you made any special purchases in the game, or bought stars, due to the fact tha your game was crashing, you can submit a Customer Care ticket, and see if they're able to restore them to the new game. I am so sorry,
