My iPad has been restored since it was having problems and have lost every progress, hairstyle and stars that j have bought with my money, is there anyway to get it back? Really important that someone can help me

There is no way to get back your game data but I think all the purchases u've done will be back or just ask glu ..

Hi Brandon, I'm sorry this happened, but if you submit a Customer Care ticket using InGame Messaging, they'll be able to help restore your special purchases, or purchases from the StarShop.

Go to Options (left top on game screen) / Help / Glu Support / Contact us. I'm not sure if it's been fixed yet, so just humor me and be sure to not have any apostrophes ' in your message, or it can jam you up.
