I have completed the action for the photo shoot with the Kool Summer Kollection but it won't give me credit for it and it keeps saying wait for Simons call. So I answer his calls and he says it's ready to go but I've done it three times now.

Hi. Sorry this is happening. 1st, make sure you are playing the latest updated game. Can you put up a screenshot showing the task on your screen? It should show on the left hand side and also in the bottom right Goals. That will just show whether the task is ready, and other glimpses in to the game.

Can you post your details, like platform/device/and level? If we can't figure it out that way then you'll have to send a request for customer care, but let's try the screenshot first. Do you need help in posting a screenshot? We can help with that too.
