Vip contacts: how do I unlock them?

In the game there are also VIP contacts now but there is a message that I have to keep playing to unlock them? Do I have to do do something special to unlock them?

HI kirsten. welcome to the Forum.

For new players, play until the level 10 quest to promote XXV champagne. When you complete the quest, you'll unlock Kim Kardashian and other VIPs you've met in the game. Keep playing to unlock more VIPs!
