Having issues with my closet... :(

i am having issues with my closet in game. I have accepted all my gifts and have tried to wear some of them. i click done and recieve an error bubble saying

WHoops
some of the things you're wearing come from gift boxes. Open some boxes to get them

and i am given two choice:

remove and exit keep looking

idk what to do and its aggrivating

kokokokonut

You will get that message if you accidentally try to leave wearing things that you need to win, or buy. When you say you accepted all your gifts, are you referring to a Daily Gift box, or gifts from friends. I've never seen a case of the game making a mistake as far as clothes go. Can you take a screenshot showing what you are talking about? I'd really like to help but I need to understand more about the game and the specific issue.
