I just finished a one hour gig and I got 10 stars+4 bonus and then an additional 2 Stars from inviting a contact.
I would need to do 18 1hr gigs if I wanted to complete the event.
I would do 3hr gigs but they take longer than necessary--they feel like 6hr gigs,
Congrats to Vats and everyone else who was able to complete this event! It was tough and such a grind. I think if Glu would've kept the extra day, more players would be able to finish. But it's typical of Glu to remove things we love and keep the things we hate...

Thanks everybody for the birthday wishes! I turned 20 today and I didn't receive any major gifts this morning from my family since I'm kinda "too old" as my sister puts it, "to receive a gift" lol. The day isn't over just yet so maybe something spectacular will happen, I have a feeling a surprise birthday party is in the works.
I was debating buying myself something expensive, but nah. I'm good with what I got plus how am I going to pay for my kkh addictions if I buy a Michael Kors watch or something, lol

I only made it to the gift boxes this weekend because I went to visit my dad and brother who live out of town. I'm okay with it because I wasn't crazy about the outfits but I did win 40 stars and the skirt so no complaints here.

I still find the outfit a bit meh, but I guess it'll grow on me.

My fingers are numb, I kept trying, but when all you get for the first two days is 20 event stars for 8 hour gigs, it's disheartening. Of course AppleP who spent over 700 Stars in guestboxes finished this afternoon with the final dress. The game that spent 200Stars only did as well as the one who bought no stars, sunglasses.

I made it as far as the shoes since I was only playing the storyline but I got lucky in the giftboxes and managed the odd top. Is it a varsity vest or just an odd choice to make the sleeves the same print as the shirt? Either way it was my favorite piece so I'll take it.
I havent won jack, btw. It's all good. I wasn't too crazy about the event outfits that much. Plus I really had no time since Glu doesn't give people three days to people who work on the weekends.
The only offers I complete are the one that require to install an app for 2 to 5 kstars the other ones are too shady ¤_¤ maybe I will give in to the temptation of spending real money if the outfit is really worth it...
