Game shuts down

This is my 1st time posting
Android LG tablet
Every time I log into fb my game shuts down
Platforms are on & public
I've reported this issues to Facebook also
Im at a loss,
Please help Im a daily player & have spent tons of money
Already have had to reset & lost tons of stuff ( from before Easter till 1st year )
& now my husband ( real player) dose say sweet messages please help
Also the Facebook. Ads are OFC. Hope 2 hear back soon

Hi. Do I understand you play the Android App on your tablet? Because I'm confused about Facebook Ads. Some Androids have quirky behavior when you sign into FB from your game. I don't know why this is, I do know in my case it prevented me from connecting with other player games. As a result, I don't let the game log into Facebook. But I'm sure if it was that clear cut you would have done that too. There is always a chance that your FB ID used in the game, and the Facebook Account you visit outside of the game on your tablet are in disagreement. I'm also unclear what you mean "Platforms are on and public" are you talking about connections?

Can you try and clarify so maybe we can get you some help?

Yes I play on my android. When I sigh into fb 1st time is ask if give permission to kkh. Then in my fb setting under account setting then apps i have kkhg shared pubic allowing my game & fb interact
But 4 the last 2 weeks as soon as my game starts to connect w/fb. My game shuts down & takes me 2 my home screen of my device . Im so confused?!?! Friends do not show in current outfits, I also have google + aconnt so some friends show with that.
Sorry its so hard to explain via message, Im sure even harder understand
Yes I can play without sighing into fb, but no friends in game is no fun
Any advice is welcome . & again sorry if Im not explaining in detail as this is my 1st time trying

Hi. Unfortunately, my issue is with my laptop now, so I'm on a foreign device. My best advice is to log out of fb from your game. Start connecting with people by putting their Google+ IDs into a Google+ Circle. That is how people connect with me. That will get you started playing with real people faster. Then, once you have a few connections, you can submit an InGame Customer Care message, explaining how FB seems to shut down your game, and you're trying to work around it.

Believe me, anything that stops the game from playing, is something Glu wants to look into.

I can't do much on this computer, I should be back on mine in the morning, and can talk you through getting connected with Google+ players. YOu can also go to the Gifting and Friends section, look up adding friends on Google+, or Android, and focus on the steps that don't involve logging into FB from the game.

Also, I have to pack this in, right now, but others will be able to help I'm sure, and you can start by adding people in Google+. You'll see lots of info in posters signatures, giving their Google+ info. Feel free to add them, and ask them to add you as well.

I'm very sorry about my puter issues, but basically Hook up through Google+ and then ask Glu's Customer Care to find out why your game crashes when you sign into FB. Good luck, and we'll get you through this.

I was wondering if you had any advice on how I can check to see if my fb & game ID are in conflict?!? I have no clue what that even means
But it was one of the things you mentioned as a possibility as to why my game shuts down when I login to Facebook !?!

Hang on while I refresh the situation in my mind. Ok, For google+ is the gmail account associated with that account, the same email address associated with your FB account? In my case, they probably weren't the same, that might have been one point of conflict.

However, I've heard that androids can just be weird in that some androids can connect their games to both Google+ and Facebook, Some Androids can only play with FB friends, and some Androids can only connect with Google+ players. So, if the email accounts don't disagree I would temporarily just tell the game it can't have FB right now, and send an ingame ticket explaining what happens, and see if they have suggestions. Include you Hollywood GameID, and that will eliminate one step of back and forth messages.

I remember Samurai posting someting about the conflict and how it affected only some Androids but there was no real known fix, at least on our end. I'll try and dig it up and add it to this. I'm really sorry this is happening, (part of me secretly hopes it is a simple email conflict).

As long as you can play without logging into FB, I would do that while submitting a ticket. I had no friends on fb who played, so it wasn't urgent for me to be signed into fb. But I do play through Google+ with other Android people who have contacts from both showing up in their games.
