I stopped receiving daily gifts after new update please help?

I'm not sure what's going on or why? But I haven't received a daily gift since the new update. Is anyone else experiencing this?

You should monitor your game for another day and see if the daily gift box appears for you. If it doesn't, you should definitely send an in-game ticket.
