Not sure but I think it was a GiftBox item around the Baby Shower Weekend. Last month Glu rolled out what they called their
1st Throwback (forgot the exact title) Maybe someone will post a shot of the Throwback Announcement Screen. They put old gift box and special event items and put them along with other things in the Throwback Gift Boxes. Maybe it will happen again.
Or, perhaps a similar hairstyle will pop up either in another event or in the wardrobe. I've seen that happen. Small modifications of hairstyles, enabling people who missed the original to get a 'close enough to make me forget about the first one' hairstyle.
