Calling it quits with this game

The glitches that I had several days are go are still here: no new calls for special jobs outside of catalog and appearances, babies gone, barely a newsfeed, etc. I play on fb and it seems that glu is not going to repair these glitches so I am calling it quits for this game. I have sent so many customer care tickets that I've lost count. Glu should be ashamed of themselves for not even attempting to reply to customer e-mails.
