Missing contact names

All my contacts in my game are missing and have been replaced with 1 or 2 letters or symbols, anyone else have this issue or how to correct it? Ticket was sent to glu 3 weeks ago but still haven't heard from them (although I did get an email from them asking if I was satisfied with their service).

I hope it resolves for you soon. Are you able to continue with your gameplay? If so, I'd just play through while waiting for their help.
