Does anyone know why it costs only kash$15,000 to purchase the hotel suite in Paris? Does it cost a bazillion K stars to furnish it, is that why?

I always wondered about that too. I think that since it's the cheapest property on the game the dog there is costly though...75 kstars.

There are some kstar furnishings but there's quite a lot of kash items too and they're pretty affordable. I thought it was cheap because it's small, but with later updates that logic doesn't follow at all for properties!

Maybe because it's a hotel suite not an actual apartment or house.
