Brief description of the issue. Please anyone having this issue, please post these details, and I'll see if I can get Glu's attention with this. How many gigs did you try? If you started one before the event started, that might be the reason for it. I'm so sorry this is happening.

I'm getting to these as soon as I can, but I'm not able to answer pms about issues. Please post your game info. Also, reboot your device. If you're facebook, switch browsers. ANd it doesn't seem to be widespread. I'll come back and check as soon as I can. Sorry you're going through this.

My doll completed an 8 hour gig this morning. Followed by a 6 hour gig just now. I'm already ticked off this is a freaking gig weekend. They should just give me the lips and eyes because of this!

Hoodstar9, are you getting event points or not? The only other case of this so far was fixed with a reboot. Can you try that?

No worries Miriam. I'm glad the reboot worked. I had just gotten up, after being out of commission all night with food poisoning, I envisioned scores of people not getting points, and you heard frustration. Now if we can Hoodstar working, we're good.

Hi, I'm sorry cooleen. Did you try completely rebooting? Glu said this should solve the problem "do a full close and re-open of their game". If that doesn't work, come back and we'll see if there are any other suggestions. I'm sorry this is happening.

I rebooted twice, and I just completed another gig, and I still didn't receive any points.

The first gig I did, I got points, but the last two, nothing....

Hi. I'm sorry this is happening. I don't have any other suggestions at this point, But I'll see if I can find out anything for you. This were professional fashion shows, movies, photoshoots, appearances? I'd screenshot the payout screens showing no event points, and we'll see what we can come up with. Again, I'm sorry this is happening.

So...I got points for the first six hour gig in TriBeCa then did two eight hour gigs and got nada.

Honestly, I have done everything I can do, including force quitting and rebooting my device.

I submitted a ticket as was suggested to me by another player, at 4:52 a.m. December 26, 2015.

Hope you had a lovely Christmas, minus the food poisoning, I am really very sorry to hear about that.

No rush on getting back to me, it is what is.

I'm so sorry Randi. I have reached out to Glu again, with the info that the reboots aren't working for everyone. If I hear anything, I'll come back with it right away. I am sorry it's happening.

And, this sounds frivolous while people can't get the event points, but if I haven't made your Christmas gift graphic, please post a pic of your doll and I'll be happy to make yours.

Same issue here. I completed a 3-hour and 6-hour event today, both with 5 stars, and didn't get any event points. I got event points for projects yesterday, but not today. I already submitted a ticket through the game.

This has never happened to me before. What usually happens? Do players end up getting their points before the weekend is over?

I'm very sorry this is happening, Glu suggested that perhaps some devices keep apps running despite doing a device re-start. Perhaps those players could try just closing and re-launching the KKH app itself. On a newer iPad for example, this can be done by double clicking the home button, scrolling through the large thumbnails of open apps to KKH, then swiping up to close the KKH app.

So try closing all apps, and I'd try launching from the Play Store, or iTunes. Again, keep screenshots of all the payout screens showing no points. If you have an empty or close to empty Even point meter, screenshot that, and then approach Customer Care with all your info.
