Hi parisNamerica, welcome to the forum. If you're recently started the game, and Maria calls and tells you you should own a home, she recommend you check out the Condo in Holllywood. If this is the case, simply go to Hollywood. First building there is the Luna Condos. Go in there, and you'll see realtor (you'll get used to seeing her, she 's the only one who every shows/sells you property.) She shows you around and asks if you're interested, you say yes, she tells you how much, you say ok, and pay, or say not now.
