Losing homes

Has anyone else been having trouble with their houses? I bought the house in tribeca and st. Barts and the next time I loaded the game, it said I didn't own either of them (the real estate agent was back) but all of the money and stars that I used to buy both homes was still gone. Any ideas?

I haven't heard of this but, you should consider submitting a ticket to customer care. Do you have any screenshots of the house, or the Feed that says you just bought a home in St. Barts? I'd explain the situation to customer care by way of a ticket. If you need help submitting one, you can find instructions here. Hope this helps.

I do recall someone losing furnishings in a dating locale. But it was handled by customer care, and took a while to fix.
