Celebrity Perks Question

So like the game says you can get anywhere from 100 and 2000 perk points for Star and Cash purchases. Is there a set amount given based upon what you purchase. I really want the one hair that is available to unlock but wanna be strategic about getting it haha. Sorry if there's already a thread discussing this.

I think some people posted what they received in a thread in General Discussion. If they're not busy grinding they'll see this and answer you, or you can poke around in the 5.0 updated thread in General Discussion, that might be a good thread. I know. I want the hair too.
