Keep The Cameras Rolling Glitch??

During this event I unlocked the free gift box and won the events top/jacket! When I went to my dolls closet it's no where to be found. I waited a couple hours to see if it was just a small glitch but nothing has appeared yet unfortunately it's as if I never even opened the box but I have and can't do so again! Really bummed anyone else have this problem?
