What on earth does a girl gotta do to become a sparkly doll. The only thing I want in this life to to change one of my babies to a girl and to become sparkly!!! O how I wish to sparkle. Shine bright like a diamond!! Pleaaaaaasssse I would give anything short of my main tapping finger.

You can't change your babies. You can go into the Nursery wardrobe and change their appearance to some extent with skin tone, eyes etc.

And if you want advice on Sparkles, and shining bright, dress pretty and wear bling. Seriously , if you'd like to discuss tips on success and sparkle in the game, I'd post in General Discussion. You'll get lots of advice there.
