My game doesn't think I exist anymore?

Everyday, sometimes up to three times a day, my tablet gets a notification from Ray, asking if anyone had seen me in a while?

This is followed by me losing fans.
Ray also doesn't acknowledge when I've taken my merman out on a date (no one has heard from us) followed by losing fans.

Merman will send my device notifications saying he hasn't seen me in a while, wanna go out? Daily as well, although in the game, our dates count towards him not giving me the Call of He11, asking for divorce, and our number goes up in top couples
(Side note, since an earlier update, he no longer pays for dates - android device )

I'm a very daily player, it's starting to bother me lol

This has been happening since Feb. 1 2016, immediately after I returned home to Canada from San Antonio, Texas. I'm curious if the time zone change messed up my game? Has this happened to anyone else?

I've gone from one country to another maybe 3 times in the past year and a half, a difference of 3 time zones, and the game is still intact. Might be something diferente. Maybe write to Glu?.

I get one of those calls a few minutes after a date...so that's just needy BS behavior, but SO partners are clingy so it's normal. But 3 times a day......that's excessive. If it were me, I'd probably submit a ticket. One time a day is normal.
