Reality Show Filming

I couldn't find any threads that addressed this, but I can't figure out how to film my show from my Malibu house. When I go to the studio it just shows my other 2 homes. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks

Hi. Sorry you're having this issue. I think the best advice is to submit a ticket to customer care, asking them to take a loo at it ro4 you. I thought I remembered something about Malibu, but I checked on my menu and it's there. So rather than guess, let's ask customer care for you. You should submit a ticket to customer care. In the meantime, just do the event with the houses you have available for the show. Good luck.
