Missing Photo Pose

So, I bought this pose during the last VIP event



Now it is no longer in my items, but wants me to pay 10Kstars to get it back. I have no idea when this happened.

So, I did an ingame customer support ticket and they got back to me asking for pictures and since then nothing. I mean, do I have to buy this pose again or?

I am missing the Heart hand pose for all 3 games. I haven't submitted a ticket, thinking it would clear up without it. I reported this a week ago. Lets see if other miss it, and we'll see how to get it corrected. Watch this thread and we'll see what we can do.
